• No Training on Customer Data: Any data ingested by, stored in, or processed through systems we design and deploy for you is never used to train third-party foundation models (such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Meta) unless you provide explicit, written opt-in consent.

• Strict Data Partitioning: We implement isolated tenant boundaries for vector databases, document indexes, and context windows, ensuring your private IP never leaks between workflows or users.

• Data Retention Controls: Our systems support configurable retention policies, enabling automatic pruning of prompt histories, logs, and temp files according to your compliance schedules.

We collect information in three ways: information you provide to us directly (via our Free Automation Audit or Request Proposal forms), information collected automatically (such as system logs and basic analytics), and information from third-party channels (like landing page referrers and UTM parameters).

Directly Submitted Data: This includes your name, company name, corporate role, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp), industry sector, current technology stack, operational pain points, and budget/timeline expectations.

We process your data to deliver requested automation services, respond to proposals, schedule discovery calls, and compile weekly metrics. We do not sell or trade your personal information.

To protect against automated abuse, our form submissions are rate-limited and run through spam prevention scripts (such as Cloudflare Turnstile).
